Brandon & Hill List of Journals
http://nnlm.gov/libinfo/ejournals/branhill.html
"Which key journals are available in full text at no charge for the health science library or clinician?
This web resource attempts to answer that question by tracking the Journal List from the "Selected List of Books and Journals for the Small Medical Library" by
Alfred N. Brandon and Dorothy R. Hill published in the Bulletin of the Medical Library Association Vol. 85, No. 2, April 1997.
The Brandon and Hill List of Journals includes the journal title and publisher. If the publisher maintains a website for the journal, a link is provided to that website. If
the journal provides access to full text articles that information is available along with any restrictions. The third column indicates when the publisher started providing
web access to the journal's table of contents, abstracts, and full-text articles.
This website will be completely reviewed every six months by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Southwest Region based at the UCLA Louise M.
Darling Biomedical Library. "
